Shipping:

• How long will it take to receive my order?
• Within Australia, standard post takes 3–7 business days and Express takes 1–4 business days, including dispatch time. Standard shipping is free on Australian orders over $100; under $100 a flat rate is calculated at checkout. For international orders, shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by destination — please contact us at hello@avaly.au for more information.

Returns:

• What is your returns policy?
• We offer a 30-day full refund with free return shipping Australia-wide if you don't love it as much as we do. Items need to be unworn, unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Outside Australia the 30-day window still applies, but return postage is paid by the customer. Email hello@avaly.au to start a return, and see our full refund policy for the details.

International Shipping:

• Do you ship internationally?
• Yes — we ship worldwide via Australia Post or DHL Express, with rates calculated at checkout for your country. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions before ordering, email hello@avaly.au and we'll be happy to help.

Gift Vouchers:

• Do you sell gift vouchers?
• Absolutely! You can purchase a gift voucher under the "Gift Voucher" heading. If you were lucky enough to receive a gift voucher, you can add your gift voucher details to your order at the checkout page.

Sizing:

• Where can I find information about sizing?
• See our kids sizing guide and women's size guide for full measurements. Not sure which size to take? Email your measurements to hello@avaly.au before you order and we'll tell you.
• I bought a women's rash top before — has the sizing changed?
• Yes. Our rash tops have been resized and now run more true to size. If you sized up last time, please order your true size this time around.
